Thoubal College hosted a warm and memorable "Get-Together" of Retired Teaching and Non Teaching staffs on 2nd July 2025 in a spirit of gratitude and celebration. The event -- the first of its kind in the history of the college -- was organized to acknowledge the invaluable contributions of former faculty members who have dedicated their lives to shaping the academic and moral foundation of generations of students.

The gathering was taken up under the initiative of the principal, Prof. A. Nabachandra Singh, who expressed heartfelt appreciation for the tireless service and legacy of the retired teachers. The program included short speeches by several retired and current faculty members, reminiscing about their time at the college and reflecting on the evolution of academic life at Thoubal College.

The get-together was followed by a luncheon hosted at the college Multipurpose Hall, providing an opportunity for informal interaction among the participants. The lunch was both a celebration and a gesture of the college’s continued bond with its retired faculty. The event concluded on a warm and emotional note, reaffirming the enduring relationship between the institution and its former teachers. The principal also announced his assurance that going forth it will be a regular annual event to celebrate the college's retired members.
