Thoubal College proudly hosted the Oinam Ibetombi Devi Memorial Manipur University Inter College Volleyball Tournament 2025–26 on 6th and 7th November 2025, bringing together men’s and women’s volleyball teams from various affiliated colleges under Manipur University. The two-day event was held with great enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and a spirit of healthy competition.

The tournament was inaugurated by Prof. A. Nabachandra Singh, Principal, Thoubal College, who welcomed all participating teams and emphasized the importance of sports in fostering discipline, teamwork, and perseverance among students. The opening ceremony also paid homage to Oinam Ibetombi Devi, in whose memory the tournament was instituted.

Both the men’s and women’s teams displayed commendable performances, with each match drawing spirited support from students and spectators alike. The event concluded with a closing ceremony and prize distribution, where trophies and certificates were awarded to the winning and runner-up teams.
