An NSS volunteer of Thoubal College, Chanambam Thanilsana Singh, B.Sc. 1st Semester (Mathematics), was selected as a member of the NSS Manipur team for the Viksit Bharat Young Leader Dialogue: State-Level Essay Championship 2025.

The selection was based on clarity of expression, relevance, and effectiveness in addressing the prescribed theme. The selected participants represented Manipur in the Viksit Bharat Young Leader Dialogue Challenge 2026, held during the National Youth Festival 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, from 10 to 12 January 2026.

The NSS Programme Officers and the Principal of Thoubal College also extended financial assistance in support of the participation.
