Thoubal College successfully organized Career Conclave 2026: Design Your Future on 2nd February 2026 at the college Multipurpose Hall, aiming to provide students with valuable guidance and insights into career planning and professional development. The programme was jointly organized by the Career Counselling & Placement Cell, NCC, NSS, in collaboration with Shine Career, Manipur. The conclave witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, along with faculty members and staff of Thoubal College.

The keynote address was delivered by Dr Dhanabir Laishram, who inspired the students with his insightful and motivational talk on shaping one’s future through informed choices, dedication, and continuous learning. He emphasized the importance of self-assessment, goal setting, and adaptability in an ever-evolving professional landscape. His session provided practical strategies for career planning and highlighted emerging career trends relevant to today’s youth.

The progam also featured speeches by the Guest of Honour, Kshtrimayum Tony Singh and Prof. A. Nabachandra Singh, the principal of the college.
