Thoubal College, Thoubal, organized a Speech, Painting and Essay Writing Competition on the theme “My Vision of Viksit Manipur” under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, 2026 on 25 September 2026 at the Multipurpose Hall of the college.

The programme was organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), National Service Scheme (NSS), and National Cadet Corps (NCC) of Thoubal College. The competition provided a common platform for students to express their ideas and perspectives through public speaking, visual art, and written composition. The theme, “My Vision of Viksit Manipur,” focuses on participants’ views and aspirations regarding the development and future of Manipur.

The event was a part of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, 2026 mission and it reflects the involvement of the college’s academic and student-support bodies in organizing co-curricular activities. After due assessment of the works by concerned committees, all winners of the three competitions were awarded and felicitated on the same day.
